🔁 30-Day Return Window

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

 

 

🚚 Return Process

To request a return, please email us at support@roamupgear.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our customer care team will guide you through the steps, including return instructions and address.

⚠️ Do not send returns to the manufacturer or warehouse without contacting us first.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

 

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
